Get a clothes steamer and use it to steam the mattress and bed frame. 100+ degrees Celsius steam kills the bugs and their eggs.

Only successful way is to have the whole place treated professionally they are some of the hardest little buggers to get rid of.

Yes. Where i work one hotel room had to be sealed off and they put all the furniture in that room inside a huge inflatable tent type thing and they gassed the little critters it was Rentokil

how much does a cheap cloth steamer cost? @all i think they have gone or well atleast for now? lets see.. thanks for help everyone

Yes sweet dreams. How do you think it started though? Do you think you picked it up from somewhere else? Must be awful Anyone got a photo of a magnified one? They are so small but magnified look like huge monsters. Evil Eye keep the women from your bed until its done

And the price, USD 60, is about what we paid for it here in Muscat. Very effective against bed bugs - as long as the infestation hasn't spread too much! We found a few of these critters in our living room and then steamed all sofas and the carpet. That's more than a year ago and we haven't found any more since then.
I got bitten by one of them and the bites got infected and I had to see a doctor after I got a fever. The bites turned black and took a few months to heal.

@bonovox i do think i got them from somewhere.. dont know though.. they came all of a sudden.. there must be a magnified photo of it on wikipedia i reckon.. thanks for your help bon @abu thanks mate
