Download the Ultimate CDA Generator and get one for your phone. Make sure it's the one for your region 
Upload it to your phone to tpa/preset/custom.

Good news, changed the CDA just like Tranced instructed me to do, and VOILA!!!!! phone is now Vodafone free, and totally generic.
Many thanks for all of your help Tranced, you saved me from a lot of searching on the web,
