I didn't mean Watchdog wouldn't take it seriously, I meant O2 wouldn't take that kind of threat seriously, why would they?
And as for being 'lied to', I wouldn't have said that, I think it just depends on who you get and how well they listened to their training. We're all human and we're all different, and we all make mistakes. I'm constantly going around correcting my colleagues because they think what they're saying it correct.
My opinions on this forum are that of my own and not of the company I work for. |

But at the same time Watchdog would not really take it seriously as its simply not really a major issue? If the network sends it in the post and has a policy not to give it out over the phone then they are hardly doing anything wrong now are they?
Phone?? What phone?? |

As long as you got it. Seems like its hit and miss with who you speak to on the phone.

Oh please, do you really think anyone cares if you say that? Boo-bloody-hoo if Watchdog do a report, the staff on the phone will most likely snigger that your dumb enough to think that will some how scare them...
I know what you mean, although, I said Trading Standards and that did the trick

LOL, if people say 'Trading Standards' to me, I tend to start giggling, it's like the most empty threat possible in retail.
