If you buy any phone online or over the phone, I think they have to give you the right to return it, as it's distance selling and the regulations mention about being able to see the items your buying and choosing if you like it once you get it, due to not being able to see it at time of purchase. My opinions on this forum are that of my own and not of the company I work for.

I listen to this show alot its Ed Doolan and he helps people with consumer affairs. Anyway he had on his show this morning a woman from Trading Standards. Now she said there is no such thing as 28 day policy. She said that if something is wrong past a month if something breaks down you are still allowed an exchange by law. A guy called the show saying he had bought a mobile 30 days ago from CPW and it had died on him. The presenter got his assistant to ring the store to sort out an exchange. I found this all quite interesting.
