What countries sell the offically unlocked Iphone? |

Nope. The iPhone is the only product not to have this warranty.
When my first iPhone was playing up I took it to 2 Apple Stores. And each one said they would not touch the phone as it was not bought from the UK!
But I know some people have got decent Apple staff to have a look at their handsets.
Its all a matter of luck if the phone goes wrong.

I have two choices - Hong Kong (through my weblink above to an address in Hong Kong and then bought to the UK for me by a friend) - that phone would have never been locked.
or via post from Australia where it would be an officially unlocked handset.
It's cheaper from Australia by about £120 |

As much as I hate to agree with a scouser (kidding! ), he's actually right.
Here's the regional list of companies that are obligated to repair a phone based on the country of purchase.
