Hi all,
Many thanks to you all for your good wishes and thankfully so far my recovery is going well as even though it's just a little over 3 weeks since surgery. I am now in less pain then I've been for the last couple of years although still on serious amounts of Opiate painkillers and will be for a while yet.

I do hope you get well quickly too ! Of course, I don't know how you feel because you are you and I am me ! I do have experience of a crappy neck for more years than I can remember and have had surgery too.
I also know these kind of things from my career as I was a nurse and lecturer in nursing for 28 years.
I will be 55 next birthday, in June ! I wonder if MWEB is older than me?
I was wondering, can you hook these rods and screws into your phone to get better reception ? You should be able to get a signal anywhere!

Actually i'm a spring chicken at 46 compared to some of the old crocs in this thread .
