Connect your phone to your computer then go:
Right click over “my computer” from desktop, select “Hardware” from top, then select “Device Manager” then check on list that is there any question mark device or listed your W810i. If it has then uninstall fast (with right click then uninstall) then click “scan for hardware changes” from Action menu at top.
May be it’ll help

my hunch is the autorun.inf virus, not many anti-virus recognizes it.
try to attach your phone and "run" your phone drives in start menu, while showing your hidden files and folders and "uncheck" hide protected operating system files
delete the viruses just by right-click and deleting it.
unplug the phone and attach it again.
hope it works.mine did.

I know how it is, I have been several times in such situation... Keeping in mind I have around 20 dvd with full of softwares that will be waiting to be installed after the format... Not to mention all settings and personalization of the windows I have done.

Yeah mate... .
I have a lot of p*rated software at home... Includes software packs like:
Microsoft office (all programs)
Adobe master collection (all adobe programs)
autocad 2009, maya 2008, 3ds max 9
smartdraw 2008
all my music creation software... (most work is here).
Above stuff makes me think twice before formating .
