1) how long you have had your k850.
since OCT last year
2) what kind of firmware do you have on your k850?
when new firmwre come I just update my phone
so you can say all the firmware

had one brod, but that was when i was using these vibration-feedback feature, when using the touch buttons... but since i reflashed it and don't use this feature anymore, it's working like a charm.. occasionally i have a few reboots here and there... maybe 2 times per week.. , but i love the camera sometimes ^^ sometimes i hate it... haha...(i don't need to watch my pics in full resolution, 1200 pixels is enough for me and for some 10x15 prints, its quite nice).. its all in all a nice phone, the design is simply stunning.. |

I have k850i for one month. I bought it after n95 8gb and TyTn2 as i needed simple fast reliable phone for music, calling, checking mail once a day and pictures.It was just alright but as i have possibility to mod it (got an second hand setool box from a friend) it is brilliant. Seriously. I got w890i accoustic, brazuka camera driver ( http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=169423&start=30 ) modded menu and small SonySketch font. And am really happy. But i know without modding it would be problem for me .... |

got k850i since nov 19. r1ca029,had 2 brods i dont recall on which version of firmware , dead loudspeaker , and at least my keypads going crazy button back work not button 5 is now back and when i press down and left buttons acting button back if you understand me?but whats bsod?should i go for g900?can i take with him a similar pics like with k850i?its mostly good enough for me!thanx sorry for my broken english greetings from zagreb |

Hi guys
I've had my phone for about 2 days and I'm NOT happy
The camera on MINE is messed up, it's all wierd colored and everything it's just horrible
I compared it to my K800i and the k800i was better
Keep in mind that my K850i probably has a problem within the phone I mean look at these photos

and it's even worse in daylight.
I hate MY version of the phone, I'll probably get a refund tommorow, and I'll get a another one with a good camera cause I love everything,
The touch buttons, screen, media player EVERYTHING
please help me out guys if you have any suggestions to help me with my bad camera on the K850i

I owned a K850 since January, and it is with my brother right now. It is not a bad phone at all. Moreover I never experienced something like BROD (maybe haven't), dust under the lens, etc etc. I know that it's not as fast as I expect, the photo taken is also you-know-what, but overall I'm still satisfy with it.

About the two photos from milzan4life...
Well, don't expect miracles if the usage is all wrong.
In the first photo you don't have the White balance correctly set, you shoud set it to "incandescent light" and i'm 99% sure you haven't.
In the second photo, of course zooming at max will amplify the noise.

I have mine k850i for 7 months now
i had never problems with it even now with the new
firmware it is more stable
Ilive in thailand under extreme temp and moisture
conditions
I never had to reboot it
maybe because I never closed the phone |
