another thing I have to admit is that ive started drinking atleast 5 glasses of water per day, drinking one when you wake up is very refreshing try it..
I never used to eat breakfast as much as I do now,
but I eat 3 slices of toast and sometimes skip lunch and eat something big in the evening, today I went to Somerfield and bought a Chicken Caesar wrap for lunch as I was quite hungry lol
but somedays I don't feel like lunch at all
and will just eat a Tracker or somethin similar with a cuppa tea
on the scales im a 9 Stone,
I have to arrange a medical appointment at my new doctors,
I just hope they don't say im underweight again and start giving me the third degree's lol

A good range of food is important so its no big deal if you have burgers and chips. Its more important to have a good heart so exercise is a must. Weight lifting is more cosmetic than anything else so go for aerobic exercises i.e. running.
If you want to burn calories, always go for short bursts of intense exercise. If you just sprint at full speed until you run out of steam, you will burn more calories than if you did a 10 minute jog. Sprint then have a break and then do it again. This will give you a nice body i.e. stomach, arms, legs but most importantly; a good heart. A lot of sweat means that you are working very well.
A lot of people try to much and can't do it, i.e. gym every night etc. Sprinting, rowing if you have a machine or press-ups/sit-ups and yoga stretches is all you need. You can easily integrate this into a busy life. Keep your mind fresh so are happy in all aspects of life. |

Well my weight hangs around 60 to 65Kg 180cm BMI 20.3 on a good day. In other words clothes are a nightmare to find normally size 44 (34UK) and jeans about 28-30 depending on the cut.

Can't work out how to work it? It's a piece of piss! You just put your height and weight in and press calculate, how hard is that? lol
And no, only eating dinner is not normal, it's probably doing you more harm to your health than someone who eats three large meals a day.

Yer I remember reading that a while back, sometimes I change what I do, most night's I'll jog for 40mins, but some nights I'll walk for 20mins, then the next 40 mins I'll spend doing bursts of sprinting till I tire like you say.
Also like you say, you can eat 2 normal meals, say burger and chips for tea and a sammich for dinner, then do 20mins exercise at night and you should be fine.
I got in to the habbit of having 2 sammiges and 2 bags of crisps whilst watching TV just before bed, not good lol.
Also for dinner I'd then have a whole medium pizza and chips to myself, followed by something sweet for afters. Would then have a large tea, say shepherds pie.
Then I'd snack whilst watching TV around 7-8.
Then again around 10
Then before bed around 1am.
So I'd be eating throughout the whole day, also that was before I had a dog so the only exercise I got was walking around school, so the weight came on quick, I even noticed that a pair of jeans stopped fitting.

Ok, so either you're about 14 years old, or you're very underweight :/

hmm,
i've made a target of having 2000 calories a day, but so far i've only had around 800 calories after 3 meals.. i'm about to have a 4th meal of about 400 calories, but i'm finding it quite difficult to think of meals to eat, any ideas?
oh, and the calories are the kcal measurement on packets right?
