Well, would still take forever to download via gprs, and would be expensive, at least where I come from where price is about 7 euro pr. mb. I do think most people prefer to copy the music and videos instead.
And you can download mp4 videos just as easy as other formats, especially considering the number of mp4 players you can buy.
And if you want to copy a DVD to your phone, you'll need to convert it regardless. So I don't see any advantage at all.

Just because the bus can carry more people doesn't make it better than a car.

There are many great data contracts as far as i know in most networks. im curious on why download via GPRS when theres 3G? Symella is fantastic. Yes most people prefer to copy the music and videos but for those who don't have it IN THE 1ST PLACE will find apps like this very convinient, especialy with Wi-Fi and 3G/HSDPA enabled phones.
No doubt you will need to convert a DVD, but not everyone gets their movies and videos from DVDs, my friends give me movies that are high quality that are already converted for iPod or PSP or are in avi and divx. A k770 cant handle most of them yet an N73 can, and my N81 definetly can. Funny you talk about a bus and a car when this realy is realy more like comparing a little Fiat Palio (K770) to a BMW 5series (N73).

The K770 has a much better design than the N73 and the K800/K810. Moreover, it has a normal d-pad.

Anyways, I really think you should go for the K770. That is just my opinion.

Huh . . . To believe you or not to believe you - this is the question . . . Do you really think, the chap asking for help is a complet idiot? Very likely he will read about specs and opinions somewhere als on the net too, after all this is a important decision for him, otherwise why bother to ask in the first place. If you can't help him, then better don't confuse/help him at all

Yeah, go read the SA tread on this very same forum - I own a N73 for the last year+. The joystick had to be replaced after 6-7months and now is in for repaires after going for a swim with my cell in my poket (No 'Gin' for me anymore ) I have played with other cells (nokias too) and I must say the N73 is one of the best (apart of the joystick). On the other hand I prefer the N95 8gig or the TyTN2 (The N85 and N97-touch will 'detrone' this 2 thou). But that's besides the topic. And please don't get upset - I ment to clarify things and not make you cross (or anybody als for that matter)
One last thing - check this for a specs comparision - http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone2=1550&idPhone1=2052
The n73 has a 'few things' in its favor if you care about that. One thing is notable thou: the popularity in votes ! The n73 outnumbers the k770 by 6:1 Now that's say something -
Greetings from South Africa

I think as a phone no doubt N73 is much better due to smartphone capability. Its 3MP camera is also one of the best.

If the size of N73 is a concern and you dont care too much about smartphone capability, you may want to take a look at the 5610. I would say the 5610 is one of the best in its category.

Funny you complain about the N73s lack of RAM for multitasking but then you go suggest a i450 which is just as bad.
