2tangy - umm think ur mistaken there coz pretty much every1 on the UK thread (myself included) has had their firmware upgraded simply by asking at their local SC. Firmware upgrades are free from any SC regardless of warranty or anything, if you have the fone, the SC will upgrade if for you FOC (although sometimes will need to keep the phone overnight or for a few days).

ThePro - Click this link for SE dealer locater alternatively, phone SE (the number is in the phone manual), and they'll tell you where your nearest SC is

Thanks for the correction Eleventy. I haven't made use of an SC yet and have always flashed my phone remotely (I know, I know I could get it done for free but I'm too impatient and would rather not be without my T68i for too long  ) I only recited the experiences of people on other forums.
