i'm a heavy video user....
just try a program called (MPEG4 DIRECT MAKER):
a little complicated program.... but the best i have ever seen
(i have tested programs like M3 (the worst) - Total video converter - video convert master - jet audio - .... - nero encoder - ... )
i'm sure that you will enjoy the playback quality on your W950's inbuilt player.
btw.... NEVER use 3GP whn you have the MP4 option.
