always worth a shot, just in case he make's a living out of scamming people, Paypal is an utter joke, they take your fees fast enough, but they are v reluctant to pay out!!

He has emptied out his bank account in Paypal. The company will sometimes persue someone for the money and this involves debt collectors but it has to be for a sizable amount.
Do you have an address in Portsmouth? I only live across the other side of the water and could see whether the address exists.

What about when they make the deal, if there paying via paypal, then the money is sent to a neutral who will be nominated and once the phone is received the the payment gets sent to them?
Thats an option for people with low feedback

When a trade with a Newbie, i would ask them to send first before i pay and they seem to do so after they check my feedback, i had a W960i shipped to me from Sweden without me paying a penny

why would we want an Esato paypal though? clearly paypal doesn't work in some cases
for Esato, this middle man method is a good solution for members to have more reliability in transactions
