Has anyone dealt with Captover72 before or have any contact details.

I bought the K800i from the thread below:

so far 9 days gone.


starting to wonder if I need to get some action going?

so if i do take action what do i do...contact CC company or juist raise a dispute in paypal?

open a dispute in paypal, they will try and sort it out.

Do u not have this persons address! via paypal?

yes I have the address I made payment to via paypal.

i will make excuses for him now as maybe something has caused him to be away.

How did you buy the k800i Yasman? I bought it off him but havent paid him yet, he said he was willing to wait for payment but I guess he sold the phone to you then?

Just got a reply from paypal about this case.

They say:

Transaction Amount: -19.00 GBP
Seller's Email: captover72@hotmail.co.uk
Seller's Name: Paul Blackwell

After careful review, we have determined that the seller is at fault but
regret to inform you that we were unable to recover any funds from the
seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds
associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.


No chance of me getting my money back now is there? Maybe I should got the police and complain.
