Although I have to agree with Mizzle in most points, I never will call a phone with 128x160px resolution anything more than low-mid. |

BTW, How many 1.3 MP images is the R306 going to hold on it's pitiful 5MB of memory?

It's a low-end mid-end phone then
@Muhummad-Oli
About 50 - 100 pics, I'd say.

i could consider the r306 as a mid end phone because of its camera though its memory makes me think the opposite. but the r300 is fo sho a low end one.

Yeah the R306 is borderline. R300 is definitely low-end. No doubt there!

The R306i should have external memory.
TrackID wouldn't be much use if you wanted to purchase a track and store it on the phone? Isn't one MP3 around 5MB.

I guess you'll just be using track ID to find out what just played on the radio when you missed the announcer say what it was...

It is.. but in phones like these, mp3s will be used as ringtones. There is a huge craze for bollywood ringtones here. I believe its senseless to offer MP3 capability with such low memory but 5MB should suffice for short MP3 ringtones which are usually in the 200 to 300kb range.

i just hope SE doesn't make the radio feature predominately for the r series.look at what they did with af,it's predominately for cyber shots and mega bass mostly for walkmans.with SE anything is possible...great looking phones,can't wait to see the interior of the clamshell one...

Memory is way to low to store some music.
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA |

Indeed. but like I mentioned earlier, they will be rather used for storing ringtones.
