I think that sounds pretty strange, i believe what you are saying it just sounds strange with the same modell and all..
TS: Dont you have warranty left on the phone? If you have, why not just leave it in for service and it will be as new when you get it back? (Atleast when it comes to FW)

nope bought it of ebay  really liked that phone plzzzzzzzzzz can anyone help me find a solution? apart from sending it back i've tried almost everything
i'm sooo unhappy about this everyones phones work apart form mine

try installing SEUS after u have installed it try to connect it again to wotan.
or just download the drivers needed. maybe you don't have that "drivers",
