I would say just 1 thing : go for the K550i

1. The processor speed is fast .
2. The Software is fairly stable.
3. You can flash it to W610, which has a Walkman player 2.0 with
mega-bass, you can also load W880 acoutics for further bass effects
4. Also there are good camera drivers to further enhance the camera
capabilities .
5. It has a lot of features like Track ID, A2DP bluetooth profile, etc
normally found in top phones, this phone is value for money.

Go for the K550i .

SMSing with W810 is a pleasure, while on the K550 it's a curse! just kidding. honestly i find K550 keys comfortable and provides better tactile feedback than W810, yet you wont find it a pain in typing as it's just soft as you expect it to be - especially when you are used to Nokia N91/P990/P900 or 88xx keys

software wise, K550 is powered by JP-7 and a powerful 230+Mhz CPU which is really ahead of W810 in terms of speed and performance. yet you can multitask Java apps with K550 unlike W810

Music quality wise, W810 expresses sound quality by it's MegaBass eq. but provided with some proper acoustic driver installed, K550 shines - K550 runs the very good KD Player more reliable + you can multitask with Opera Mini or Windows Live or 3D games if you have one!

camera wise, i find W810 better in terms of quality(less grains on the pics yet sharper landscapes) than K550, but it's quality is marred by it's lack of lens cover that makes scratches and other form of damages to the module - the back cover of W810 looks pale either, bot digicamera looking(hey it's a walkman btw! ) but in image recording speed, startup and user interface K550 excels alot W810 flash also seems more powerful, maybe because of the reflector inside W810's flash module - anyway both can be aided by the MXE-60 Jojo mentions/posts above me which is really powerful autofocus reliability on both phones were excellent - as expected for a phone made by a parent company's experience in imaging

the afforementioned facts were just my 2 cents. the final decision is still yours matey happy choosing!
