I would say it is probably down to age, between about 13-18 i was exactly the same. Exercise should help and if you have a poor diet that may too if you improve it.

I can also sleep a lot given the chance. 16 hours just like you.
Course I have a condition called Ulcerative Colitis and when it flairs it causes tiredness. When I'm not having a flair, I've found I'm not quite as tired.

dont really get breakfast (sometimes cereal or biscuit) have a bacon sandwich usually at around 10.30am and then lunch (usually a B.L.T and beans) and then tea when i get home, either with the family or make it myself. And then then a snack (2 slices of toast) at around 10pm.

It may seem a bit random, want to know because my dentist tied up my ulcers and constant tiredness to me being anemic...

@se p800 were the same weight height age ext and have about the same amount of sleep as you... i feel tired allot of the time but i my bed

Looks like thats not to blame then,
perhaps you could try eating healthy things like pasta, rice and get abit more excercise you should be ok then
I used to be nackered alot when I was working 6am shifts only ate 1 thing a day half the time, my skin went pale and I nearley fainted at work... prob cos of the coffee i'd drink about 5 or 6 cups
im eating 3 meals a day now the problem im facing is I cannot sleep at night
