I get loadsa calls...they do show the number but are mostly unknown ones from people who have a bone to pick with me...so i dont answer any calls that do not have a name tag

Someone calling me with a hidden number doesnt bother me, at the end of the day there paying for the call so I dont mind.
If im asleep the phones off anyway so they would get my voicemail.

My favorite trick is to ask them to hold the line for a moment, then mute the phone and just leave it like that for as long as it takes for them to realize what I've done and finally hang up. Wastes their money, and their time. |

I know for all that tricks,but I wanted to know is there a way to find out hidden number?I think there is not impossible thing for real hacker,so this is a first one,is it not? |

Dial a code *#30# and dial it.. now let me know are you able to
view hidden no.???
One more thing what kinda prompt shown up on screen???
~private no calling or just blank screen calling???

The code did not work, i dialled it and i got service activated, but hidden numbers are still showing as 'withheld'  |

there is no trick to reveal a hidden number. The network doesn't send the number when a user sets it hidden. If they allowed hidden numbers to be revealed, there would be a privacy concern backlash from the public. Unfortunately some people abuse the right to hide one's number (for example telemarketers), but at other times people have a legitimate right to hide their number.
