hey guys....
i think i know a solution to your problem.... try this:
go to the control panel > security > MIDlet accounts
then select your program (eg. opera mini) and in the pop-up window change the preffered internet connection for that particular program.

Unless the files are hosted on a web server or ftp server then there is no way, sorry. |

@ kam27 There is an app that can do what you asked. It's called "symSMB" ( i think ... ) , you can find more info on my-symbian.com
