I would sell it and get a W880, the W580 is well inferior in spec and of very suspect build integrity.

Yeah your old man got it right , honestly i hear so many horror stories on our site about the W580i that IMO it's just not worth the risk.

if camera/music is important and you dont want the N95, then you can consider the Samsung G600. I think G600 is the next best (after N95) imaging/music phone that comes in a complete sleek design. |

Ditto.
Samsungs are boring.
Have you considered waiting for the W910?

Well I too have a N95, and to be honest it is not at all what I expected. I too have a K810i as well, and have now given the N95 to my son and bought a T650i to replace it. Not a fan of sliders in general, and loved the look and feel of the T650i. Heard about a few issues to do with keypads on the S500i but not sure if it is the same on the W580i, but if the W580i is anything as good as the W810i, then I would go for it. I keep my W810i for the music player, and it is great as are all walkman branded phones I belive. But at the end of the day, it is down to your personel preference, do you need wifi, and having to charge upto twice a day depending on use, which you have with the N95, also the bulk of it, compared to either the W580i, or W880i both of which are great phones. At the moment you will still get a resonable price for the N95, but with the 8gig one on it's way that won't be for long.

yep i see what you mean, i played with my mates new w580i urban grey today i just had a quick feel and look in the main menu...and tbh the build quality seemed horrible...the dpad was plasticky...the lower keypad was shiny and a lot more tackier looking than expected and the side felt quite cheap....not at all what i expected from SE...although the slider was very nice, tight and springy
how much are t650i's now adays cos i believe they have flash menus as well

ok well my idea now is to sell the n95 and wait for the w910i to come along which hopefully should be around the same price region....so it looks like its ebay for the n95 tomorrow...unless any of you sane people out there have an argument which will stop me

Look up for W910 videos on YouTube. It also has some quite original flash menus. One of them even uses the accelometer. (when you tilt the phone the menu starts sliding sideways):)
