Well for a great allrounder I would stick with the N95, just has everything you could ever really want but if you dont use all of the features then it's mabey not so great, also not very sure about the batterylife on it?
With the k810 you get what is in my opinion an amazing looking camera phone with a decent mp3 player and up to date features with the exception of HSDPA, so overall another great phone.
The W580 is more aimed to look more stylish imo and I believe it suceeds in that, in reviews I have read it has a decent camera as well as the walkman interface.
In summary if you don't feel your N95 is being used to its full potential I would sell and use that money to buy either the k810 or the w580 (mabey even ending up with some spare money as well ) As for the descision between the k810 and the w580 I would go with the k810 as I prefer its looks and it has the good camera which means alot to me when buying a phone, although the final descision is up to you, either the camera phone with decent music playback ot the music phone with a decent camera.

K810 all the way imo. I have K800 with K810 software which I put today and it is GREAT But it depends on your style and what options you need. But one thing I am sure: K810 has MUCH better baterry life then N95

Oh, sorry, sometimes I just read something and miss out one important thing, in this case it was to accompany lol
Well anyway, I would go for the w580 because it has the walkman interface, although for me the loss of wifi also would make me consider keeping the N95, although don't you have a laptop with wifi anyway, I know you can't carry it around all day but it stops you losing wifi fully. |

At the risk of threadjacking slightly I might be interested in buying that N95 if it's unlocked or on O2!
Back on topic, it all depends on your usage - if you like the WLAN function and will miss using it, then keep it or sell it for another phone with wifi capability.

Might be worth chasing that code up, especially if you paid for a code that didn't work! It would also add some value to the phone if you do come to sell it and it's unlocked.
I would say then to sell the N95 if you don't use it and don't use it's features I would sell it and get the W580 you're after
