The T650i has some standard flash theme's. Would it be possible to use other flash-themes? And if it is, how...?

yes it would, the flash standby(if it has this  ) can just be used by embedding it in the theme or sending to the phone and setting as wallpaper i think, and flash desktop can be added to the internal FS of the phone...if it is possible to break into the T650i
