He's right.You must have filled up the 49Rs form from the sucking and ducking BSNL.Fill the required form to deactivate GPRS at ONCE.Then go there again and ask for the 199form.And after getting the form CHECK whether its 199 and THEN give the money after filling the form.BSNL cc's are stupid and talk only about their cellone site which has download charges.In 199 plan if it's correctly activated,surfing and downloading are both free.Check your spendeture everyday by smsing USG to 333 .

Man,I say man,just GO to that hell of a customer service center and fill up the form to DEACTIVATE it,yes DEACTIVATE it.The next month,goto that BSNL's hell again and ASK for the 199PLAN.And check on the form to see if it's really 199plan.After filling it up,REMIND The CREATUREs there that you want 199 plan.And after it's activated,check your balance by smsing USG TO 333 everyday.And also check the balance after 1 browsing session.Follow these steps or you will turn from a millionare to a beggar.

I was browsing and downloading for free using IDEA network. My and around 8-10 of my friends used it for around 4 months before IDEA came to know about the glitch. Trick was to activate Rs.15/day plan and keep balance below Rs.5 so that no balance could get cut, at the same time I could use unlimited net.
I have heard that similar trick works with AIRTEL. Activate Rs.12/day plan and keep balance below Rs.5. And use unlimited net.
New trick for IDEA is to activate GPRS UNLIMITED plan(Rs.30/day) and keep the balance between Rs.5-7, by this way only 50 paisa gets cut per day.
But now I'm planning to change to BSNL.

tricks wont work for bsnl  ... and average speed of bsnl gprs is 5kb/sec .u can use download manager to boost ur speed.i got 15kb/sec with my edge 10 connection. Bsnl is offering unlimited gprs for new connection. for gprs plan go here mybsnlgprs.co.cc  |
