im using bsnl 199gprs plan.....on my 100plan connection(gov. emply)/////////////
i hardly make 2 0r 3 calls from my 100 plan as i m using airtel for calls......
i get this100 plan only for using gprs....so my one month package is Rs.299(100plan + 199 gprs)......but yesterday i check my 15 days bill by sms....its Rs. 670 .....
about my surfing and downloading.........
i surf alot both in mobile and pc .........n i download(excluding surfing ) about 30 to 40 mb from mobile and over 300mb from my pc...............
plzzz clear me about the charges of 199gprs ..............

i have been on gprs plan 199 for more than a year now...never got charged more than that.

I don't download much...just for surfing news,work related info,esato etc...and instant messenger too.
30 min to 2 hours of this use on most working days..

but how i get 670 bill of just 15 days .....
the cc explained me that surfing is unlimited but downloading is charged......
if we browse a page it means we r downloading that page........

Hehe...talking to bsnl cc dumbasses is like talking to a stone.
You r right ...surfing is same as downloading...i think its a glitch with the billing.U can file a complaint with the bsnl...but u still have to pay the bill

The only way u can be over charged for gprs in this plan is if u do the surfing and downloading outside ur circle.Hope this helps.

i am using cellone 100 plan + gprs 199 and i have only send one message from this connection because i am using also a prepaid connection for usage but today i received a message from bsnl that your billed amount is 806 RS. tel me please what is this................................ |
