No source. Just experience.
Just visit any other mobile phone site and you'll see thousands of football themes. All the images used are in the public domain anyway and can be seen all over the internet.
It only becomes an issue if you trade the images for pecuiary gain. Themers don't sell their themes; they share them freely with the online community.
But, hey - it doesn't matter. If you don't want football themes, that's fine by me. Most of them are crap anyway.
