well I don't want to flame things nor Qvga; but I already saw a lot of disturbing comments by Qvga too, so my two cents is
1) fan boys 2) human character 3) subject depending on these critera everything happens...

Personally QVGA doesnt know his Nokios as well as he thinks he does, He uses one the rest is based on what he reads about the phones.

Where are you getting with this? What does my phone knowledge have to do with people respecting each other?
I get to use the phone whenever my friend brings them. I only meet him at college. He usually gets them because his cousin owns a shop. |

I'm genuinely amazed at how badly Esato has degraded, respect-wise in the past 6 months or so.
786KBR, It's exactly people like you. Opinions are fine. Being STRONGLY opinionated is fine, but attacking a member because of your opinions ISN'T fine.
People get very unreasonably worked up, consider what we're "discussing" in this forum, mobile phones! People sound like religious zealots, trying to back up their chosen brand of mobile phone, to the point of flame wars, and completely un-based personal attacks on other members.
It's not just one or two members, everyone needs to learn to tolerate each other, and not immediately resort to tearing other posters up, just because they said something that you don't entirely agree with.
It's sad to see a site which I enjoyed posting on so much having to degraded to the level of flame-wars and bitching.

Ill respect his opinions, but his facts are always questionable, and then he tries to attack me when I ask for proof.
Its just my opinion but most of what he says are not backed up properly and just exaggerations!!
Ps Mr QVGA the E61 has a hard screen and the E61i has a softer more exposed screen!! My fact and I can back it up!

Im 100% sure this thread did not start because of me, but I can understand why you started, someone decided they had enough of you baseless facts and attacked you in some way, I can relate to that person and the many others.
So I suggest you ask yourself why are you always attacked?
You not the only member here thats a Nokio fan, yet you the only one getting bashed all the time....

So if he likes Nokia's or not why should that be a problem and why should that then make it alright for him to be attacked. If he has said something that is wrong or that you disagree with correct him in a polite and factual manner and you will get his and anyone else's respect abusing anyone is just childish and wrong.
A lot of people here seem to be happy to say i am a Nokia fan boy which personally i find very funny as i have only just been using Nokia's for Year. Others are happy to suggest i always attack SE devices and never praise any device that isn't a Nokia also untrue and unfounded. Unfortuantly these are usually the same people that have made statements they can not back up and therefore they have nothing left to argue with. But even i am now getting to the point of the next time someones thinks it is big or clever i won't bother explaining why they are wrong but i will fight fire with fire.
Is that really what we all want the Forum to degrade to? this is now the 4th or even possibly the 5th time some have tried to bring some sanity to the Forum so that we all realise what is happening and what is at stake. But it does appear that some just don't just have the intellect to grasp this simple concept and won't be happy till only SE supporters and people that only say good things about SE are left. IMO that will lead to a very boring and unrealistic Forum and severely diminish Esato's place within the Mobile community as it will then be living up to all it's critics.
Maybe it is time that Masseur and the other mods and Laffen start handing out permanent bans to those that continue to insult and abuse, maybe then all will learn once and for all this sort of behaviour is not acceptable on this Forum.
Either that or a large amount of members and active posters that are happy to help and share knowledge will go else where. Where there views and opinions are listened to and criticised in a constructive manner, and that would be a loss for the Forum.
