How the general feel of the phone? Looks kinda low quality as far as the material used is concerned.

edit: @QVGA it just feels slim and cozy, it feels just perfect in hands. The camera has that cover lens and i reckon its just perfectly built. And the IR port is at the top of the phone, forgot to take a pic from the top.

i do find the differences. k750's are sharper and well focused than the k550's.

i think the k550i is just a baby, its on its first firmware or so, it get better

Hello, i'm new after just finding this forum, which has been really helpful so far, so thank you everyone.
I'm interested in buying this phone, after narrowing my search down from either this or an W810i, but considered that i'm more of a camera person.
I was just wondering about the following:
1) I noticed from specs that it doesn't have WAP, is this a big head-turner?
2) I also noticed that it can't video stream too, is this also a problem to those with the phone?
3) Can you put MP3's as ringtones?

It has WAP. Check the specs again : http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_k550-1840.php
And you can use an MP3 as a ringtone bout video streaming dunno.
