Then ur usb is not working either your windows is lacking files. I suggest u try connect your phone to another pc and se if it does the same.

Yeah I'm having the same problem. I know how you feel.
Every time I choose "phone mode" on phone a "USB Cannot Recognize Message" appears. Extremely annoying. I think I'm going to call tech support tomorrow. |

I decided to not go through the hassle of calling them up. So, I went to best buy and bought one of these adapters for the memory stick. For 14 bucks and comes with a 512mb memory stick

I dont use the pc suite at all, just plug it in and on XP it pops up with the files automatically.

you put your phones memory stick into the adapter then into your computer slot, if it has one |
