Try to delete all of your call-lists and try again before you do a masterreset!
Did you do any firmware update?

firmware upgrade it... i also have that problem before but its all gone now after i firmware upgrade it

it is also no use if you delete all call registry because i've done that before

only solution.. firmware upgrade

Dude do like Bezzz said.

DELETE ALL ENTRIES IN CALL LIST. It helped me many times, and didn't had to do master reset.

deleting the call entries does NOT solve the problem, it just makes the symptoms go away until the next time the call list is populated again. some people prefer not to clear their call lists every now and then, so a firmware update would be the best long term solution in my opinion.
