Hi guys,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me, my K800i isn't saving my call entries. If I call a number, it doesn't register at all, and if I have a missed call, I find who the missed call was from.

I know you have all said that you wouldn't want it to save them all, but it's very annoying for me as I find it easier to just go into my last calls. Also, it's very important to me that the numbers register from a missed call.

Please help me someone I'm frustrated with this phone already and I've only had it about a week!

your problem will be solved by making master reset to your phone , don't forget to make backup before master reset .

I have a USB SIM reader that backs up everything on the phone onto the PC that would work too wouldn't it?

And it doesn't save dialled, missed or received calls in reply to the other post!

you can't move everything to M.S , if you want to make full back up of your data use this program it's the best for SonyEricsson mobile phones

you can find the option to back up your phonebook on your phone by going to your contacts, then right clicking the soft key to find the more. from there, there's an option to backup to m.s., which would back up your contacts into a memory stick assuming you have one inserted. after you're done master resetting your phone, just restore it from the same menu as before.

messages and others, you can transfer them over to the memory stick easily using the manage files option.

anyways, i had the same problem before and a flash did away with it. i'm on R1JG now, and no such problems anymore. you can find more information about flashing in the 'k800 firmware discussion' thread.

good luck.
