Is this a recent development?.. i seem to recall not facing this issue when i joined..

Yeah there were no spammers in the past as i know and i never faced this kinda problem |

I think this feature comes in handy...
If you all rememeber, awhile ago, we used to get spammers all the time, who posted the same thing liek 15 times, once in each section. they used to flood the forum pretty frequently. Now they put this in, and I havent seen the problem. Really think about it, we used to have alot more problems with that than we do now.
