the noise is nothing you get rid of that easy... it depends on the design of the phone... there are two ways in for the sound to the microphone, one at the bottom besides the systemconnector, the other on the back of the phone next one of the screws... this combination causes noise/echoes during calls...

The echoes is not problem for me. The noice which I hear is something like zzzZZZZzzzz. This is not the echoes.

For the echo problem there is a fix for it. SE SP needs to replace a shield inside the Phone and it works beter then.

@Kris

just that many of the T65 with the echo already has that version of the shieldcan which advise you to put in the shieldcan is more to reduce the noise which is caused by the displaylight which was very common on the first T65 phones...

When i send my T65 to SE via my network operator (it saves money, the NO in this case Ben gave me 1 year guarantee on the phone) i thought the problem i had was solved (one of the first software versions) problems were freezing at random, and not responding to any keys. After a week i got the phone back, i pulled the phone out of the box it was in, placed my simcard in it, and the next thing i was doing was trying to send a sms to a good friend of my. WHAM, in the middle of typing the message, it just rebooted. Next try, the screen became all messed up, and got a "low battery" warning, which i never could have get, cuz the battery was for 85% full (or typing a sms is VERY energy consuming).

Am i the only one with this, or are there more ppl? (having the latest software version on my phone)

try to do a master reset (remember that this will erase the phonebook, wap settings, ringtones and other trhings you have saved in the phone)... if this doesn't help... then it isn't much to do but sending it away again...
