2 months ago when i had my 1st t68i,after about a week the speaker on it died,so i got a replacement, but u would'nt get me doing that 12 times! This one works fine.nokia do make the odd decent phone but most seem similar,(even my mrs prefers samsung to nokia)the only thing nokia WAS any good at is ringtones, and them days have long gone. PS does anyone know what phone Mika Hakkinen uses?

Well... I don't have Nokia, but I dislike their phones. They never releases innovative phones. They have problem with new technology, just look at their crappy bluetooth implementations. Their menu system is really old and not good. Ericsson phones have many handy features that Nokia lacks. Nokia is fine, if you just want to make a call or send an sms. But if you want more from a phone then Nokia is not an alternative...

Well guys it all comes down to personal taste and what you look for in a phone...To most youngsters looking trendy is what they look for in a phone..all they use it for is to be spotted with cool unique ringtones, sending sms and making phone calls..In that way nokia is more appealing to them and majority of nokia's phones target this market.Well for SonyEricsson users they look more into innovations and features in a phone..So Sonyericsson seems more appealing to them.. So they is no such thing as Nokia sux and Se rulez or vice versa..Its all down to which market their products are targeted at and what the consumers look in or use the phone for..

Well thats my pt of view

I bought a N3120 a little over a year ago and a N6100 about six months ago in Hong Kong where I was posted before moving to Singapore. Both have started to break down. When I went to get them repaired, they wouldn't honor the warranties and insisted that I pay for an evaluation fee of $26.25, if I opted not to have them repaired. They gave me a preliminary quote of $50-100 before I left the shop, but called to confirm that it would cost over $200 per phone to repair! I have been a lifelong Nokia customer, but I will never buy another Nokia product again. I'm telling all my friends, colleagues, company about Nokia's poor products and customer service. We should tell Nokia with our pocketbooks that they cannot continue fobbing crappy products and shoddy service if they want to keep us as customers! I'm beginning a lifelong boycott on Nokia today!

Nokia phones always seem to be 6 months behind cutting edge to me, and the build quality is dire - cheap, plasticky, shoddy.
