@aragorn666
I got it off phonearena.com
But the phone design is original though I think that a normal rotatable top is more practical than that design.

it is a way for one company to protect or prevent paying royalty
those other swivel or twist design might be patented by someone
if sonyericsson wanted to do something tht allow the internal display to be flip over then this is a method for them to do without really giving money to someone who might be their competitor...sony is their shareholder.
and i see one benefit
so far there's non dual front or cyber shot or what so ever SE phone tht allow clam shell to come with more camera like design.
this design is possible to allow user to have a phone with camera design...or a clam shell tht allow landscape gaming or web browsing.
and btw ...even this is patented,....it didn't mean the owner will use it.
but of course paying the patent fee and maintaining it but without using it sound resource wastage.......so let wait and see |

Very radical stuff really.. I doubt if sucha design would become mainstream

i like it.
I'd like to watch tv on that.
Flip the screen so it's outwards, have the phone facing away from you on the table with it tilted.
I like the idea if the design fits.
