again everyone moans about the really really bad voda branding???? lol

to b brutually honest what difference does a different icon make to the use of a phone? The icon still takes me to the menu option i want... it still does the same job i can do on an unbranded one its just tha the icon looks different lol...

if u guys hate the branding so much on here do u guys drive unbranded cars? or have unbranded tvs? or maybe even unbranded computers?

Doubt it. The whole world is branded and u guys moan about a little thing like a mobile phone having icons that have changed and a little badge on the front? lmao... u guys crack me up!

Its a preferance, the SE phones do have the best icons IMO compared to Samsungs and Nokias!

And then compared to Vodas branding its just even more ugly...
Here in SA I can only get Voda branded phones, but if I had the option Id take a non branded.

And BTW its all about branding! SE branding!!

To be honest, I actually prefer the Voda icons over the standard SE ones. Although I'm not keen on the badge over CyberShot.

I think I'll dismantle mine and see if it's just a sticker over the CS logo and remove it if I can!

Yeah, I was thinking that I too seemed to prefer the Voda icons for some reason. I'm not too keen on the vodafone sticker over the cybershot logo though. I'm also not brave enough to take my phone apart, let us know how you get on though if you decide to do it...

I think SE should not have allowed Voda to brand over the cybershot sticker, when SE is marketing the phone as cybershot phone.....

@ JC, just wondered... whats that number on your phone under the O2 UK bit? Assumed it was your phone number at first, but then its one digit short isn't it...?!

On my Voda branded W900i, I can't silence the ringer by pressing the C button.

Is it the same on the K800i?

Yeah, switch the cell info on and enter channel 200, and it should appear automatically.

If you watch them while say travelling on a train, they constantly change. I have had 4 displayed before.
