im assuming that would not matter as im not in the uk. But im sure 3 here in Australia will unlock for me if need be. 
btw, what sort of phonesdo 3 uk have, 3 australia recently were all bricks.... |

just got my K800i on three today.....it IS branded but I bet it's not as bad as it would be on vodafone, orange etc.... |

Hi. i got my k800i on '3' at the weekend. seems a really nice phone and the camera is fantastic.
it didn't come with a memory card - i presume it wasn't meant to?
i was surprised to find that even without a memory card i could still use it to transfer files to my mac! : )
one issue i'm unsure about though is the '3' branding - it doesn't seem too bad on the phone and menus etc, but using the web browser seems pretty difficult - it seems i can only go to websites that are recommended by '3' or something
what's all that about?
for example, if i 'enter address' www.google.com it either does nothing, or goes to a '3' screen telling me they recommend certain websites etc
can't i go wherever I want!?
i've never been on '3' before
