or if u use the psp for pure gaming just buy a 512 or 256 card for your saves and use the 2gb on the phone (remoneded not to use 2gb on K750/W800i) this has be discussed please search for that
i have 2x 512mb MSPD and 1GB MSPD and also a 32mb MSPD (came with PSP) and 32mb is ample for just game saves which is all the psp is good for really

Actually I've read way too many reports of peeps using the 2GB in K750/W800 without any problems whatsoever to believe that there is a generic problem with the K750 and 2GB MSDP.
Whatever reports you read are beat ups or mis-understanding of what was actually the problem.

fair enough, but there is no conclusive evidence, just a few reports. They could have had all sorts of problems not related to the size of the stick. People tend to jump to conclusions.
However if a bunch of peeps says the 2GB works okay, then that is a lot harder to mis-interpret. It tends to indicate that the problems others are having is due to some other factor besides the fact it is 2GB.
I've come across atleast one guy with R1N (the memory stick corruption firmware) claim the 2GB doesn't work. In R1N of course it won't work well, no stick will, it's a bug with R1N.

You can always reformat the msd and then stick it in your phone. Then the phone will make the folders it likes to see. Then just load the music in the appropriate folder.
