You can use the same card, but as far as I'm aware. The music files are stored in a different folder and there for you'd need to have two copies of the files on your card. So it's practical to do. |

Well in that case, I guess the question is.... What firmware are you running, on both? As last time I tried you had to have the music in two differant folders. |

Not doable unless your using homebrew for your PSP music player AFAIK.
The K750 needs music in:
ms0:/MP3/ or
ms0:/MSEMC/Media Files/audio/
And the PSPs in-built music player needs:
ms0:/PSP/MUSIC/

recomended psp 2GB and normal 2GB mspd is more or less the same but recomended for psp has got extra files and to have anythin on both mspd and phone then u will have to put it in the mssc file thing.

Yes exactly right.
I have a 1GB pro duo and it has folders for the PSP and folders for the phone.
The phone will only play the music in the folder specified for the phone and the psp will only play the music in the designated psp folder on the card. |

i wonder if theres a way to "trick" one of the devices into looking into the different foler - shortcuts or something
i dont really care because i only have a psp, not a mspd phone, but it was just a thought for all you ponderers

@ Aldrew, Do you actually have a psp & SE phone with mmc?. Just because both use the same memory card. that does not mean you can remove from one and use in another seamlessly.

@ Crazy8 Yes I have a PSP and K750 and a Sony digi camera. I have in the past just swaped thecard over with no problems, the only thing is the they use different folder structure on the card. So most files are not viewable from one system to the other. But the card works fine. I admit, it has been a awhile since I swaped them over as I have now got a 1gb card for each. |

I wonder if it is possible to change the K750i internal settings by a flashing method so that it looks for mp3 in the /PSP/MUSIC or any other folder instead of /MP3 ?? |
