I like your explanations very much! ha-ha-ha! and of course your're right that with phone can be very easy to take "illegal" pictures but to solve this problem with shutter sound is stupid because if your're totally after doing picture's without anyone knowing can simply tape the speaker,flash the firmware etc. It's really silly way to prevent this.
