I dont think its all France Telecoms fault, Orange Directors are as much to blame for letting these stupid new names be put on in the first place.
They did market research for the tarrifs, where Tycross Zoo. (Lets ask the monkeys for there advice)
Instead of being pig headed, they really ought to listen to customers and offer better value for money. So far customers Orange see them as expensive, stupid names, no longer value for money and I have got to say from the Orange shops ive been in very un helpful. to be honest they couldnt care less
Now i dont know if thats all shops, But Customer care at the network has gone down hill too. To be honest Pay as You go are tret much much better than contracts

yeah Ive been saying it for a long time that Orange (and other networks) will fall flat on their face because they have the 'Corporate disease'.
All they care about is money and they think they are invincible.
If you do not look after your customers then somebody else will
I left Orange as soon as I left employment with them. |

As already stated, the Animal tariffs are NOT being removed.
Yes they are crap.
Our Orange rep is actually embarassed to be connected with Orange at the moment, and apparently most of the high end execs have either gone or have been poached by other companies. His words were: "I don't think Orange actually know what they're doing".
Ah well, we've got a promo on Orange to run next month which should bring them a few more customers, but even with the promo the tariffs are still the wortst value for money. (The charging for itemised billing and message delivery reports is obsurd) |

Orange can have many promos. The fact is still the same, People dont like the stupid Tarrifs.
If Orange decide to scrap these stupid tarrifs then who started them of wants sacking, and some of the top big wigs want sacking.
Currenlty they seem to be up there own ar*se and yes they havnt got a clue on how many people are leaving.
2 more of my friends left today and went to o2. Orange just said well go to o2.

It looks like they have got it wrong completely. F
rom what I have read they are simply not listening to what customers want. Also, if the Orange store staff are giving bad feedback on these new tariffs then that is saying something.
t-mobile have got the right idea. Tariffs that are simple and flexible.

And The Orange shops are still empty,
And whats best, I havnt found a nice thing that any one has so far said on the internet about them, Its so funny.
One of my friends got a new phone on the orange animals, She loved the phoned and then i told her about the text charge and what the other networks offered,
You can make your own mind up what she did !!
and i know more and more that have dumped orange due to there attitude and stupidity of these tarriffs,
When are they going to give in.
Went into phones4u for there offiers, He never mentions orange once.
I asked why- his response
The too complicated to understand, dont offer value for money, and im selling phones not animals.
Orange do you get the picture!!
(Found this on the net)
Due to the lack of enthusiasm for their latest tarrifs,Orange have
decided to replace the Racoon,Dolphin,Canary and Panther tarrifs with 2
new ones
Dead Duck (12mnths)
Blind Bat (18mnths)
Customer Profile for these tarrifs

Dead Duck
=========

Since FT took over, everyone who was anyone has left Orange - and they've spread throughout the industry. They all have a story to tell, and it seems that the people left in charge really do not have a clue what to do.
France Telecom are used to running a business on the basis that the French Government will bail them out no matter what happens, but they can't expect that to happen here.
The biggest mistake was dropping 'the future's Orange' from their slogan. All it means now is that people say, "The future's bright, but isn't Orange anymore".

Too True.
I have seen a press anoucement today saying that Orange are not ditching the Tarriffs.
Well i have other news, i've heard on the grape vine and its all hush hush. Orange are looking into ways into scrapping this stupid idea and bringing normaly tarrifs back in.
Yes people will say that they havnt heard of it and Orange will also say that its a load of nonsense.
however you have to ask why
There are no tv adverts, Oranges own front web page only has 4 little icons down the left hand side, There isnt and hasnt ben for a while anything in the paper. Yes there are a few bilboards and posters but these went up before hand.
Orange used to be proud in what they sold, so why are they not shouting of the roof about the animals?
I think they should sack the bunch of Ani*als (Upper Management)(sorry did i say that) But thats what Orange now thinks of its customers!!
