are you serious =___= i just bought a 1gb M2 memory stick and it only came with a duo adapter (luckily my phone came with the normal memory stick adapter) so i got both..... but still.. lol... man it was hard looking for a descently priced 1GB M2 memory stick... i wish the 4gb would be out now... it's all marketing schemes... without a doubt i bet they already have 4gb waiting to be released when they milked enough money out of the 512mb/1gb m2.

Hi all,
Don't know about the 4gb but it looks like Sandisk are very close to releasing 2gb M2. If you follow one of the links for the adaptors it shows as coming soon.

@wap123

I don't see why it should be memory prices have dropped and continue to fall even Memory sticks prices have become far more reasonable if it is double the price of a 1gb fair enough but any more is unjustified and a rip off IMO.

I noticed all the M2 cards from Sony now ship with a Duo and MS adaptor in the packet, the Sandisk just seem to come with a Duo adaptor.

I just came across a Sony store earlier today with new stocks of M2's. The 1GB ones have both adapters, but the 512 ones dont. So I'm guessing this is only for <= 1GB sticks
