T68m -> R2F0004 on Cingular - I want my MMS! |

I have Cingular, and I have had my T68m for 1 month now. I live in Costa Mesa and find dead areas at the FV/Huntington border.
I had it unlocked before I went to Paris. And sure enough it rang on the other side of the world. I guess international roaming with Cingular is $2.99/min incoming, $3.49/min outgoing.
Anyone know what Cingular will be offering as far as MMS and more?

Well, it seems T-Mobile will be doing MMS *real soon* now.. (As in one, to two months).. So I think cingular will be forced to offer it soon
As for the San Diego people, nothing against them - just too far off from the LA basin

ipXpert, just looked at your profile - CounterStrike is lotsa fun, hehe. Haven't been on for a while but I used to be hooked...
Interesting what you said about getting GPRS network busy on Cingular. I've never gotten that, but then again I haven't had GPRS at all in my home cell site for over a week now. I spent another half-hour on the phone with them today and "they are working on it".
Were you hoping to get your Bluespoon before your trip to Africa? I wonder if you'll even have GSM over there. Guess it depends on where you're going. I was in Tunesia last year and did a "Saharan safari". It was awesome! Hope you have a great time. Well say the word if you (or anyone else here) want to try and arrange an OC get-together if you have time.

I wanted to get the Bluespoon but it has such a long lead time so I purchased the Jabra but now they have delayed that too. Now that I am about to leave for Africa, I think I will order the Bluespoon, that way I will have them both. My guess it that I will like the Bluespoon so much that I will want to keep that one and return the Jabra. Well see...I might place my order for the Bluespoon tonight |

I've looked at both (online) and I prefer the Bluespoon to the Jabra. As a matter of fact I might even like the "Special Edition" BS better with rough unpainted plastic over the smooth painted stuff. If you order before your trip it will at least kill some of that difficult wait time. Where are you going in Africa?

Hey Guys,
I have a T68(i) with SW: R2E006
Im with cingular and I live in San Pedro. I dont get good reception inside my house but overall is ok.
My phone was bought in europe, I dont know if there are any reception diferences between American T68 and European T68.
Well, it would be good to compare both but I dont know anyone around here with a T68.
