Right, according to Carphone Warehouse, O2 times are:
Peak: 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday.
All other times are off peak

cool thanks. i thought i was for the slaughter hehe  i've made 4hrs and 25mins out going calls lol! but i should be ok because i hardly used it last month

Ok found out how to find out how many remaning Free minutes you have on your o2 contract over the phone. It's not as easy as calling 150 on t-mob and it being given straight to you, but at least it's something.
Call 202 and they'll give you a number to ring (depending on the type of contract you have).
Call that number and you'll be put through to someone on the other end, just ask them how many minutes you have left and they'll tell you

Argh.... can't believe o2 Charge to call voicemail... Check my bill, it's higher cause I checked voicemail during peak hours
