Miss C - name and shame time... its FONE HOUSE. And they are actually an official t-mobile dealership too which makes it all the more shocking!

I see that you are an Apple user too. If you don't mind my asking, other than you P910 do you use any other phones to synch to your mac?

Here's a list of all the officially supported by Apple phones:

Others can be used too with third-party iSync plug-ins.

Thanks Jools for that. I wish I'd waited for the p990 now! No way I'd buy a Nokia though!!!

The only thing you could do is maybe sell the phone on ebay and put that toward's a P990i when it is released.

If you go to trading standard's then it may take awhile and if in the unfortunate event of you not recieving a refund the phone will have gone down in value.

Just a thought!
