I think that veiw very much depends upon what it means, if you are refering to market share you are currently correct, If your refering to product design and function, then you are deluding no one but yourself!
I have owned the ... T68i T610, P800, P900, P910, P990, W950, P1, W960 But SE have now totally lost the plot. |

To me it seems that the k800 has it pretty much all, no? What more do you expect? Even more? Then there's always the p990.
A phone that has it really all would be hard to sell because of extremely expensive, bulky, etc.
Even for me, and I consider myself as someone that wants and pays more than average, the k800 might be to much. I'm looking at the k610 (smaller) and am ready to sacrifice the 3.2mp camera. The w810 would be perfect (interesting edge offer) but its design is a bit too much for me (though I appreciate it). And that's just me.

Seeing that the title mentions that SE is turning into nokia, after a quick check, nokia has 25 coming soon phones and SE has 14 coming soon phones. Thats 11 less and in my opinion, they are nowhere near like nokia!

Generally the high end phones from se have all the features, but when it comes to mid market and low market phones, in order to cut the costs they get rid of some features, that way the high end customers are happy they have all the features and mid market customers are happy to get a good value for money phone.

It would be great if they just release 1 fone will a combination of features.
One example is the W-Brand. w800i and k750 why two fones? |

SE.. seem to be putting a lot of emphaise into w, k series phones, but it seems to be at the expense of high end phones.
where are the high end clamshells?
the t, k, w series phones have always seemed to me.. just to be quite bland to be honest, (im not debating the features) its just these series dont appeal ..it just looks like 3 inches of "phone" wheres the style in that?
my main phone has always been a sony phone! but i think thats going to change....n91 comes out in april...what does SE have to compete ...the only thing i would consider is the w900..which doesnt appear to come in black in the uk at the minute..but in by now the appeal of the w900 has kinda wore off...
I'm not a phone user who loyally stays with one company...unless they produce the fantastic phones... i dont believe this is the case with SE any more... with a lot of coming soon phones why buy an SE phone now, when a better SE phone is round the corner? |

I donīthink havin 2, 3 almost similar phones (k750 vs w800) is a bad thing...but 10 or 15 phones that are almost the same, thatīs really bad (hello blokia).

@figurt
Talking about style. I think the z530 and w300 have a good look.
I think those are really styley dude.
But yes the w,t,k these are just bars with not much design in it.
Sometime when I look at my W800 I realize that the fone is actually ugly, just have good features.
I like the z520 design. |
