i cant beleive what your moaning about really for one it looks like its only from a slightly different angle plus they do say all products a subject to changes before they are released plus they get to see what people think about their products i read somewhere that they will change the final release keypad on the w950 if se own the pics why cant they change them |

Its not so much as touching the photos up. Many years ago I work at Panasonic in Thatcham (where the phone factory used to be) and when a new phone gets designed it only exists on paper and huge simulators and other flashy computers. Then a company in Japan gets the desigh blueprints and they make life size mockups of the phone in question. (Similar to the fake phones you see in phone shops). However, these ones have a lot more details and are weighted so it looks and feels exactly like the real thing. They also cost a couplke a thousand quid each. Also, from the time of the design and the moulding of a mockup phone to the time that the actual phone hits the production line, can take up to 18 months.
These mockups are then usually used for all the propaganda photos.
Anyway, thats how panasonic used to work.

oh no it wont be a qwerty keyboard just thinking about having raised or keeping it flush with the phone like it is now maybe i was a bit to blunt with my other post earlier |

Actually in regards to the photos, apart form minor body changes, if you haver a Z520 handy its pretty easy to make it look like it doesn't have a loop antenna. It's all about the angles you look at it.
Those angles are pretty close to the ones shown in those pictures too. |
