yes but the quadband chips are being used by SE now.. so why go back to triband? doesn;t sound efficient to me...

Perhaps quadband chips are more expensive to use than triband chips? I would have thought that SE, like any company, would pursue the most economical strategy.

yes, but they use 850/1800/1900 and 900/1800/900 wouldn't 850/900/1800/1900 everywhere be more economical?
