It might be worth a go, I think there's a disassembly guide somewhere, not sure where though. All you need is a T6 screwdriver, and perhaps a plastic phone removal tool to separate the facia from the chassis.

Um, yeah, they probably would actually, at least you'd have a working phone though. You could probably request that the generic firmware be flashed onto it, they can do it, it's whether or not they choose to that remains to be seen.

Haha damn.
Well, I have spoken with the person who I bought it off, in the email he said to me that he thinks its most likely due to the converter which he didnt test before he passed the phone onto me. Dunno what he means by that though ... :?
But he wants to have a look at it and says that if what I say is true, he will give me a refund if I want one.
I'd run a mile for a snowdevl! |
