Globe started using USIM when they had demo at Glorietta Activity Center. Then eventually, they decided that no need for a USIM when 3G is rolled out.
3G Provisioned SIM means that Globe will provide you with a special SIM for you to use their 3G service but I think this will no longer necessary by 2nd quarter.
Smart is using Nokia platform in their 3G while Globe is a combination of Nokia & Ericsson & a few more.

I hope they consider offer 3G data flat rate scheme - P300 for unlimited data for example. My place in QC has pretty good 3G coverage for Smart at the moment and I've been using it a lot. It would be useful when wireless VoIP becomes more prevalent. |

i hope they don't charge too much when lthey release it... at sana i free or ibaba na nila yung fee ng gprs. |
